At MO&Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your contemporary fashion pieces. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MO&Co. account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
